(a nonprofit organization) and Kenyon Racing, LLC, which manages the HighOctane Heroes program and HOHRacingTV Channel, as a Pit Crew Partner. Through this partnership, we will collaborate to co-promote each other’s brands and expand our reach through joint marketing efforts. I, the undersigned, grant On The Other Side of the Fence, Inc. (a nonprofit organization), HighOctane Heroes, and HOHRacingTV permission to take photographs, video, and conduct interviews with me (or my minor child/ward) for promotional and marketing purposes. What You’ll Do Stay Connected: Subscribe to our channels and follow our team to stay up-to-date with our latest content and updates: 🔥 Subscribe to the HOHRacingTV channel for exclusive content 🔥 Follow our team on Facebook: facebook.com/Theothersideofthefence.org and facebook.com/jaymeeyh/ 🔥 Engage with our content and share your thoughts and feedback Amplify Your Brand: Share our content and promote your brand to increase visibility and reach: 🔥 Share HOHRacingTV content with your followers to generate buzz around your brand 🔥 Share our content on your social media channels at least once per race using @highlights on your social media posts to get featured and relevant hashtags to increase visibility and reach a wider audience 🔥 Promote your own brand and racing endeavors by sharing your photos and videos with us for features in our content Collaborate and Engage: Participate in interviews, share your expertise, and collaborate with us on exciting marketing initiatives: 🔥 Participate in interviews at each race for the HOHRacingTV channel and share your expertise 🔥 Help inspire our teens by sharing your story and experiences through short interviews or Q&A sessions 🔥 Join social media challenges and contests to promote HOHRacingTV and elevate your brand 🔥 Collaborate with us on exciting marketing initiatives and take your brand to the next level 🔥 Share behind-the-scenes content and photos from your racing experiences and give your followers a glimpse into your world Cross-Promotion We agree to promote each other’s brands and content on our respective social media channels and websites, subject to mutual approval and ensuring that the content is respectful and suitable for our audiences. On The Other Side of the Fence, Inc., HighOctane Heroes, and HOHRacingTV may use my name, logo, and image in promotional materials, including social media, websites, and other marketing channels. I agree to promote On The Other Side of the Fence, Inc., HighOctane Heroes, and HOHRacingTV on my social media channels and website. Term and Termination: This partnership agreement is for a term of the Florida Trail Riders from September 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, and may be terminated by either party with a written notice. Upon termination, all promotional materials and references to the partnership will be removed. Rights Granted: On The Other Side of the Fence, Inc., HighOctane Heroes, and HOHRacingTV may use my (or my minor child/ward’s) likeness, voice, and image in photographs, videos, and interviews for promotional and marketing purposes. On The Other Side of the Fence, Inc., HighOctane Heroes, and HOHRacingTV may share my (or my minor child/ward’s) photographs, videos, and interviews on social media, websites, and other marketing channels. Release of Liability: I release On The Other Side of the Fence, Inc., HighOctane Heroes, and HOHRacingTV from any liability for using my (or my minor child/ward’s) photographs, videos, and interviews for promotional and marketing purposes. Please write all of your social media handles you would like us to follow and promote: By writing your name below and submitting this form, it represents your legally binding signature for this Photography, Video, and Interview Release.It is understood that this signatory warrants and represents that you executed this Agreement in your authorized capacity and, you or the entity upon behalf of which he/she acted, executed this Agreement.
