ReFocus℠ Therapy & Mental Health

ReFocus℠ Therapy & Mental Health

Professional therapy connected to real life.

Mental-health treatment should help people understand what is happening,
build practical skills, strengthen relationships, and function more
confidently outside the therapy session.

ReFocus is the clinical mental-health side of the ReConnect model,
providing individual, family, and group therapy while keeping the
whole person in view.

What ReFocus Is

Treat what is hurting. Reconnect treatment to life.

ReFocus combines professional mental-health treatment with the larger
ReConnect belief that emotional health is affected by relationships,
environment, confidence, learning, purpose, belonging, and everyday life.

Understand

Identify patterns, triggers, emotions, thoughts, experiences,
relationships, and environments that may be contributing to distress.

Build Skills

Develop practical ways to regulate emotions, cope with stress,
communicate, solve problems, challenge unhelpful patterns,
and respond differently.

Use Them In Life

Therapy matters most when new skills begin showing up at home,
at school, in relationships, in the community,
and during difficult moments.

Clinical Services

Different people need different kinds of support.

01

Individual Therapy

One-on-one mental-health treatment for children,
teens, and adults addressing emotional, behavioral,
relational, developmental, and life concerns.

02

Family Therapy

Support for communication, conflict, parenting,
behavioral concerns, family transitions,
relationships, attachment, and healthier patterns together.

03

Group Therapy

Structured therapeutic groups where people can learn,
practice skills, connect with others, and work on shared
concerns in a supportive clinical environment.

Areas We May Address

Therapy for the things that can make life feel smaller.

Anxiety

Fear, avoidance, worry, social anxiety, overwhelm,
panic, and the patterns that keep anxiety in control.

Depression

Withdrawal, low motivation, hopelessness,
loss of interest, isolation, and difficulty reconnecting with life.

Trauma + Stress

Support for people whose experiences continue affecting
safety, trust, emotions, relationships, or everyday functioning.

Emotional Regulation

Recognizing escalation, slowing reactions,
managing strong emotions, and recovering more effectively.

Confidence + Identity

Building self-worth through strengths, accomplishment,
healthier self-talk, challenge, and meaningful success.

Relationships

Communication, boundaries, family patterns,
peer relationships, conflict, trust, and connection.

Beyond Talking About Change

Sometimes therapy has to leave the conversation.

A person can understand a coping skill perfectly and still struggle
to use it when anxiety is happening in real time.

When clinically appropriate, treatment may include structured
practice, behavioral activation, exposure-based work,
communication rehearsal, problem-solving, movement,
and other opportunities to practice skills instead of only discussing them.

Insight matters. Practice matters too.

Part Of The ReConnect Model

Therapy may be one piece of the bigger picture.

ReFocus addresses clinical mental-health needs.
ReShift can address learning, executive-function,
confidence, and practical skill barriers.

ReConnect keeps asking the larger question:
what might help this person reconnect with life?

Help Keep Support Within Reach

Strong mental-health support should not only belong
to families with financial resources.

Our Youth Access & Scholarship Fund helps reduce barriers
to educational, therapeutic-support, skill-building,
and experiential opportunities for eligible children and teens.
